Results

Results Speak

+85 lbs on squat

12 weeks

I came in barely squatting my bodyweight. Twelve weeks with Dani and I hit a 315 back squat. The programming here is the real deal.

- Jordan K.

Lost 22 lbs

16 weeks

Priya’s functional fitness classes broke me out of my plateau. I was doing cardio for years and going nowhere. This gym changed the equation.

- Samantha R.

First competition finish

8 weeks

Competed in my first USAPL meet after just 8 weeks of Barbell Club. Went 7 for 9. Marcus’s coaching is next level.

- Derek M.

Snatch bodyweight

6 months

Snatching my bodyweight was a bucket list goal I thought was years away. Olympic Lifting Clinic made it happen in 6 months.

What Members Say

★★★★★

“Best gym in Denver, no competition. The coaches actually know what they’re doing and the programming is legit. I’ve been training here for 2 years and I keep getting stronger.”

★★★★★

“Came in as a total beginner and they put me with Priya for an intro session. Six months later I’m competing in local powerlifting meets. Incredible coaching staff.”

★★★★★

“The equipment is serious - Eleiko bars, Rogue racks, actual lifting platforms. And the MetCon classes are no joke. Ethan programs the hardest conditioning I’ve ever done.”

FAQ

The questions members ask before they join.

Do I need experience to join?
No experience is required. We have members who started as complete beginners and members who have competed nationally. Our coaches assess where you are and build from there. The first two weeks are a free intro program so you can see whether the training culture fits before committing.
What is included in a membership?
All membership tiers include unlimited group classes, access to the full facility during open gym hours (5am–11pm weekdays, 6am–9pm weekends), programming tracked in our app, and one free technique check-in per month with a coach. Higher tiers add priority class booking and personal training credits.
How long until I see results?
Most members notice strength gains in four to six weeks and visible composition changes in eight to twelve weeks. Results depend on training frequency, nutrition, and sleep. We recommend three to four sessions per week for consistent progress.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Yes. You can freeze your membership for up to 60 days per calendar year at no cost. Just give us 48 hours' notice. Month-to-month members can cancel anytime; annual members can freeze but not cancel mid-term except for medical reasons with documentation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Month-to-month memberships require 30 days written notice before the next billing date. Annual memberships auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date. There are no cancellation fees for month-to-month. We do not do long-term contracts beyond the 12-month annual option.
Is there parking?
Yes - Forged Athletics has a private lot on the north side of the building with 28 spaces. Street parking on Larimer is also generally available in the evening. We are three blocks from the 38th & Blake A-Line station and one block from the 44 bus route.

Programming the Perfect Deload Week
